Cancellation Rights
You can cancel your print and digital subscription at any time. If your digital only subscription was purchased through third party providers, please contact them directly.
If you cancel within 30 days of your order, we will refund the full payment received in respect of your cancelled order. We will also refund the full payment received in respect of your order if a gift incentive has run out of stock and cannot be supplied.
If you cancel after 30 days of your order, we will refund all payments received from you, less a prorated amount for each month for which your subscription has been received.
How to cancel
To cancel your subscription, please let us know by emailing us at condenast@subscription.co.uk. Please provide your name, home address, order number, customer number, your phone number and email address.
Consequences of Cancellation
We will refund you the price you paid for the products, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the payment made if you cancel after 30 days, as described above.
